(Migrated) Upgrading Zato 2.0 pre1 to 2.0

Hi

Doing an upgrade from Zato 2.0.0pre1.rev-ac36f862 to current 2.0 stable

And ran into a bit of a problem. See below

To resolve I had to create an /etc/init.d/zato file and rerun the upgrade, then things went fine.

Just thought I would post a heads up in case anyone else had the same problem.
