(Migrated) setuptools 0.6c12 distribution error

During install of zato 1.1 on Ubuntu 12.04 and I got:

Is there a dependency on this old release?

You must be right. I thought I did but it looks like l didn’t. Anyway I’m
working with a download of master now to get the latest goodies.
