what do mean with accepting HTTP connection on 0.0.0.0 ?

here is what the server 1 load blancer said right now

is it means what it still accepting the 127.0.0.0 ?

does your load balancer accept HTTP connections on 0.0.0.0 or at least
192.168.1.107?
