(Migrated) Interval Schedulers not working properly

(This message has been automatically imported from the retired mailing list)

The repeats argument has no effect over how many times a job runs, If I set the repeats argument to 3 the job keeps running indefinitely, the only difference I was able to discover is that if the scheduler has the repeats argument and the server is restarted that job will never be executed again.

How exactly the repeats argument is supposed to work?, I would assume that for each time the job runs the repeat number will be decreased, that way when the server restarts the right number of repeats are executed.

I looked at the code in the common.scheduler package, and I see a max_repeats argument, but I don’t think this is being passed, so I’m not getting right how this is supposed to work.

This was fixed in ticket #471 (4d344bdeb465c384640f227868c67973a6b10961)
and will be released in 2.0.6.

thanks for reporting it,
